Elon Musk, the billionaire, has pledged to give away $1 million each day until the November election to individuals who sign his online petition in support of the U.S. Constitution. Musk wasted no time in fulfilling his promise by awarding a $1 million check to an attendee named John Dreher at an event in Pennsylvania aimed at rallying support for Republican candidate Donald Trump.

This generous act is just one example of Musk using his immense wealth to impact the closely contested presidential race between Trump and Democratic candidate Kamala Harris. Musk established America PAC, a political action organization supporting Trump’s campaign, which is working to mobilize and register voters in battleground states.

During the event in Harrisburg, Musk emphasized the importance of the upcoming election and urged supporters to vote early and encourage others to do the same. He warned that if Harris were to win, it could potentially be “the last election,” implying significant consequences for the future of the United States.

Musk also pointed out the two assassination attempts against Trump as evidence of his disruptive impact on the political status quo, contrasting it with the lack of such attempts on Harris. He argued that targeting a puppet like Harris would be futile, echoing sentiments he has expressed on social media.

The petition Musk is promoting calls for support for the First and Second Amendments of the U.S. Constitution, specifically referencing freedom of speech and the right to bear arms. Attendees of the event were required to sign this petition.

Forbes has ranked Musk as the world’s wealthiest individual, and he has reportedly contributed at least $75 million to America PAC, playing a significant role in Trump’s re-election efforts. Musk, known for his ventures in Tesla and SpaceX, has increasingly aligned himself with Republican causes and publicly endorsed Trump this year.

In return, Trump has indicated that he would appoint Musk to lead a government efficiency commission if re-elected.
