Reflecting on the Past: The Contribution of Peer Tutors to ELL Teachers

(I’m republishing my best posts from the first half of the year. You can see the entire list of them here)

I previously posted I FINALLY FOUND AN UNBLOCKED SITE WHERE MY ELL NEWCOMER STUDENTS CAN PLAY VIDEO GAMES AS PART OF ONE OF MY FAVORITE LESSONS!, where I shared about one of my favorite lessons where ELL students play videos games with the use of a “text walkthrough.”

In that same post, I talked about how my peer tutors, when they weren’t working with students, were going to create more of these walkthroughs for students to use.

Well, they have, and I’ve added the following ones to that post (they contain links to the actual games, too):

Escape the Corn Maze

Escape Trick or Treat

Escape The Ghost House

Escape Birthday Party

Enjoy!
