Latest news on injuries in NFL Week 7: Updates on Mike Evans, Cooper Kupp, Rhamondre Stevenson, and more

Week 7 of the 2024 NFL season is finally here. As always, we’re closely monitoring several key injuries across the league. Once again, a number of important players are dealing with injury statuses before their games. Some superstars, like new Jets wide receiver Davante Adams (hamstring) and Browns running back Nick Chubb (knee), are expected to play on Sunday.

The Vikings will need to see how Aaron Jones does in warmups, while the Colts have uncertainty surrounding several wide receivers. Below, you’ll find each team’s injury designations for the week.

Good news for the Patriots. Stevenson practiced in full on Friday, so he’s likely to play on Sunday. Jones was limited in practice all week and his status for the game is still up in the air.

For the Jaguars, Etienne was limited in practice all week. If he can’t play, Tank Bigsby will start on Sunday.

The Seahawks will be without Woolen or Brown, which means they’re missing two of their top cornerbacks. Nehemiah Pritchett is set to start at cornerback alongside Devon Witherspoon. Walker was a late addition to the injury report with an illness and his absence would be a big blow to the Seahawks offense.

Simmons was limited on Thursday and Friday for the Falcons, so he’ll likely be a game-time decision for Sunday. That’s the only major injury concern for Atlanta.

The Titans may be without Levis on Sunday, as he was limited in Friday’s practice with an injury to his throwing shoulder. If Levis is unable to play, Mason Rudolph will start at quarterback. Sneed did not practice all week, but he may still be able to play this week.

The Bills will have running back James Cook (toe) available for Sunday, as he was not given an injury designation. However, they may be without Davis. New Bills wide receiver Amari Cooper is expected to play.

The Bengals are relatively healthy going into Sunday, with Ivey being a full participant in Friday’s practice.

The Browns, who are dealing with several injuries, received good news. Chubb is expected to make his season debut on Sunday, while Hicks and Hines were full participants in Friday’s practice. Pocic is a game-time decision after being limited in Friday’s practice.

While the Texans will be without Al-Shaair on Sunday, running back Joe Mixon (ankle) was a full participant in practice and is not listed with an injury. Offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil (ankle) is also expected to play despite being limited in practice.

The Packers may not have Wicks, but wide receivers Jayden Reed (ankle) and Christian Watson (ankle) are set to play after being limited participants in Friday’s practice. Tight end Tucker Kraft (groin) was also limited but is expected to play.

Dolphins: S Jevon Holland (hand) DOUBTFUL; WR Odell Beckham Jr. (hamstring/personal), LS Blake Ferguson (personal), OT Austin Jackson (back), LB David Long Jr. (knee), LB Emmanuel Ogbah (bicep), CB Cam Smith (hamstring), QB Skylar Thompson (ribs) QUESTIONABLE Colts: CB Chris Lammons (ankle), RB Jonathan Taylor (ankle) OUT; DE Dayo Odeyingbo (hamstring), WR Michael Pittman (back), T Braden Smith (knee), WR Josh Downs (toe), WR Alec Pierce (shoulder), LB E.J. The Dolphins are unlikely to have Holland, who was limited in all three practices. Beckham was limited on Friday and his status for the game will be determined over the weekend. Smith and Thompson were full participants on Friday, but Tyler Huntley is expected to start at QB.

There are several wide receiver injuries for the Colts, but Pierce is likely to play after being a full participant on Friday. Pittman did not practice after being a full participant on Thursday, so his availability for the game is uncertain. Quarterback Anthony Richardson (oblique) is expected to start on Sunday. Without Taylor, Trey Sermon is expected to start at running back.

The Lions are likely to have Davis for Sunday after he was a full participant in Friday’s practice. Zeitler may not play as he was limited on Thursday and did not practice on Friday.

For the Vikings, Jones was limited in Friday’s practice. Reports suggest that he is likely to play this week. Hockenson is still within his 21-day practice window for return and is targeting a Week 8 comeback.

The Eagles will have defensive tackle Jalen Carter (shoulder) available for Sunday, as he was not listed with an injury. Slay is also expected to play after being a full participant in practice. With Goedert out, Grant Calcaterra will start at tight end.

For the Giants, wide receiver Malik Nabers is back and not listed with an injury. Burns was limited on Friday after missing practice on Wednesday and Thursday. Lawrence is on a similar path as Burns, so the Giants may be without their top two defensive linemen.

The Raiders have a long list of injuries, but defensive end Maxx Crosby (ankle) will play after not being listed with an injury. Meyers did not participate in practice this week, so his status will be determined over the weekend. White was a full participant in Friday’s practice.

Kupp will likely be a game-time decision for the Rams on Sunday, as he was limited in Friday’s practice. The same goes for Noteboom, who was also limited.

For the Commanders, Robinson was limited on Friday. Center Tyler Biadasz (thumb) was a full participant on Friday and is not listed with an injury.

The Chiefs may have Smith-Schuster on Sunday, as he will be a game-time decision. Running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire (illness) will play as he is not listed with an injury.

The 49ers will have Pearsall back, as he is expected to play. The kicker situation is interesting, as both kickers will not play. Anders Carlson, who was just released by the Packers, will kick this week.
