Opportunity to win £3 million home in Wirral through Omaze

The West Hollywood Hills-inspired property includes five bedrooms, coastal views, a cinema room, and a heated swimming pool.

In addition to winning the house, the lucky winner will also receive £250,000 in cash to help them settle in.

The draw is part of a fundraising initiative for Scouts, with a guaranteed minimum donation of £1 million.

The partnership is supported by Scouts’ chief ambassador of world scouting, Bear Grylls.

The property comes mortgage-free, with all stamp duty and legal fees covered.

The winner can choose to live in the house, rent it out, or sell it.

The £250,000 cash prize would be enough to run the house for over 10 years, or the property could be rented out for an estimated £8,000 per month.

The £3 million house is located on the edge of the Wirral Peninsula and offers ‘stunning views from’ its wraparound terrace.

There are also private gardens, terraces, and a heated swimming pool.

The house is surrounded by over ten acres of National Trust Woodland, with footpaths just outside the gates.

James Oakes, chief international officer at Omaze, said: “By offering this stunning house on the Wirral, along with £250,000 in cash, Omaze gives people the chance to win a life-changing prize, whilst also raising money for charities.”
