Idaho Virtual Academy (IDVA) has been honored as a 2024 Cognia™ School of Distinction, recognizing the school’s excellence in education and service to learners. Out of over 1,900 institutions reviewed worldwide, IDVA was selected as one of the 60 Schools and Systems of Distinction. The evaluation aims to demonstrate evidence of learning growth, a positive learning culture, high-quality instructional environments, and effective leadership for learning.
As a tuition-free online public-school program, Idaho Virtual Academy offers students in grades K-12 in Idaho a safe learning environment and the flexibility to balance academics with extracurricular activities.
