Fresh from her recent UK & European tour with The Jonas Brothers, British artist and songwriter Mimi Webb is back with an exciting new single, “One Eye Open.” Co-written by Mimi, Nick Hahn, Phia, and Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins, the track was produced by Hahn and is accompanied by a captivating music video shot in Paris.
In discussing the inspiration behind the new track, Mimi explains, “This song symbolizes my transition into a period of self-love and independence, reminding me to prioritize my own happiness above all else. It stems from lessons learned from past mistakes and heartbreak, serving as a cautionary tale to always remain vigilant and protect myself.”
“One Eye Open” follows the success of Mimi’s previous summer hits, “Erase You” and “Mistake,” both of which garnered praise for their infectious sound and powerful lyrics. Working closely with acclaimed songwriter and producer Ryan Tedder on these tracks further solidified Mimi’s place as a rising star in the music industry.
After a busy summer of electrifying festival performances, Mimi returned to the UK to join The Jonas Brothers on their FIVE ALBUMS: ONE NIGHT Tour across Europe.
