Netflix has just revealed the release date and first glimpse at the poster for Fear Street: Prom Queen, the upcoming fourth film in the Fear Street series. This installment is set in 1988 and takes place between the first three movies, all of which are based on R. L. Stine’s book series of the same name.
Fear Street: Prom Queen features a talented cast including India Fowler, Suzanna Son, Fina Strazza, David Iacono, Ella Rubin, Chris Klein, Lili Taylor, and Katherine Waterston.
The official synopsis for Fear Street: Prom Queen is as follows: “In this next chapter of the thrilling Fear Street series, prom season at Shadyside High is in full swing and the school’s popular It Girls are engaged in their usual mix of sweet and vicious competition for the crown. However, when a brave outsider is unexpectedly nominated to the court and the other girls start vanishing mysteriously, the class of ’88 finds themselves in for a prom night like no other.”
