Vertical has just released the trailer for The Damned, the upcoming period horror movie starring Odessa Young and Joe Cole.
The film follows a 19th-century widow who is faced with a difficult decision when a ship sinks off the coast of her isolated fishing outpost during a harsh winter. With supplies running low, Eva and her community must decide whether to rescue the shipwrecked crew or prioritize their own survival. As they deal with the consequences of their choice and grapple with feelings of guilt, the residents start to believe that they are being punished for their actions.
The Damned is set to hit theaters on Friday, January 3, 2025.
