Spaciya Advisors attracts ₹3.6 crores in pre-series round

A real estate consultancy firm, Spaciya Advisors, has raised Rs 3.6 crore in the pre-series round from an angel investor and Alok Garg, an entrepreneur. The company plans to expand its reach to Hyderabad and Mumbai among other cities.

According to an official statement by Ajit Panda, founder and CEO of Spaciya Advisors, said that the company is planning its focus towards technological advancements to make the platform Artificial Intelligence-powered thereby improving online customer experience, brand reputation and loyalty.

“The funds will be used to multiply our prevailing market reach from Delhi NCR to Hyderabad, Mumbai and other parts of the country, team expansion with regional expertise, branding and marketing”, he added.

Entrepreneur and investor, Mr. Alok Garg, has now obtained stake in the start-up firm to be identified as a strategic investor and take up the role as Director – Operations. The start-up will use the fresh capital to expand to newer regions, build its brand through collaborative marketing and make technological advancements.

It started operating in the year 2016 and focuses on data analytics, research and market intelligence.
