Established in 2013, Mangopay has quickly become a leading payment solution for platforms and marketplaces globally. With over 450 employees working in offices across Europe, Mangopay is focused on creating a culture of collaborative learning to support their teams’ growth and development.
Challenges
In 2021, Mangopay implemented Looop to streamline their learning tools for compliance training and onboarding into one platform. As their business evolved, a new challenge arose in upskilling and reskilling their workforce at scale. They needed to transfer knowledge quickly to ensure employees had the skills for current and future roles. The main objective was to close skills gaps and enhance their L&D strategy with the help of internal Subject Matter Experts.
Solution
In early 2022, Mangopay migrated from Looop to 360Learning, a collaborative learning platform. The transition was successful, allowing employees to take charge of their learning journey and become owners of their development. The migration process was seamless, with regular check-ins and a dedicated Migration group for discussions. 360Learning’s advanced features enabled Mangopay to create tailored learning experiences for each department, fostering a culture of collaborative learning within the organization.
Results
360Learning enabled Mangopay to provide consistent onboarding experiences and continuous employee development. The platform received a 99% positive relevance score on training courses, revamping their L&D strategy successfully. With 28 authors supporting content creation, Mangopay now has a more engaged and adaptable workforce that can quickly reskill and upskill for changing business priorities.
The Future
Mangopay plans to continue streamlining their Learning and Development strategy, including building a product bootcamp and exploring the 360Learning Coaching Solution. These initiatives aim to increase organizational alignment and encourage institutional knowledge sharing within the organization.
