BABY-SITTERS
Reliable and experienced baby-sitters are available through the Front Desk. We recommend to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME
Check in time is normally 3 o'clock in the afternoon. If you should arrive earlier, every effort will be made to accommodate you as soon as possible. Check out time is noon. If you have a late flight and wish for a later check out, please contact the Front Desk to make arrangements. A room will be provided for your use subject to availability at a charge.

A fabulous spa at the Coral Beach Club is available for our guests, a full range of beauty treatments can be enjoyed 7 days a week. For more information on the Spa and Hair Salon please call 236-2233 ext 244.

DOCTORS / DENTISTS
Our highly respected physician will make house calls and we can recommend a reputable dentist. Bermuda's general hospital, King Edward Memorial VII, is very well equipped for all emergencies and can confer with major worldwide specialist hospitals when required.

ELECTRICITY
The current in Bermuda is the same as the USA and Canada - 60 cycles, 110 volts.

EMERGENCY
In case any assistance is needed during the night, our Front Desk Clerk will assist you or immediately connect you to a member of Management.

FRONT DESK
Our staff is there to help with any reservations, sightseeing information, transportation or anything else to make your stay more enjoyable. We have security on property.

GOLF
Golf Clubs can be hired through the Front Desk to play our challenging "Mashie" course. There is a $20.00 charge for green fees or a weekly rate can be organized. Arrangements to play on all the private courses on the island are available and the front desk will help reserve "tee off" times for you.

GOVERNMENT OCCUPANCY TAX
A 7.25 % Tax on Room and Board only, is added to your account.

GRATUITIES
To assist you with gratuities, a service charge of 10% is added to the room rate.

INTERNET ACCESS
There is wireless internet access in our Library and a PC which is available on a complimentary basis 24 hours a day.

SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES
Please do not leave valuables unattended in your room. There is only one key (yours) so please guard it carefully (drilling charges may apply for lost key). The rooms are equipped with room safes. The Hotel cannot be responsible for unattended valuables left in your room or cottage.

TELEPHONE
Local calls are free from the rooms. You will require a phone card for overseas calls.

TENNIS
There are three all weather hard courts at Horizons. These may be booked through the Front Desk on an hourly basis of $5.00 per hour.
