    I am a little confused here, that investing in residential project of Xrbia Developers will be a wise choice or investing in Eiffel Developers’ residential project? In Pune only. Because both have almost similar offerings and features. So won’t it be like ‘doesn’t-matter’ situation as I don’t find any unique offering which differentiates one from the other. Or is there? Please let me as I am planning to invest in either of these builders’ projects. Thanks!
