According to this loan policy, customers can book an apartment by paying just 10% of total purchase value. The financial institution (bank) will pay rest of the 70% of total value of apartment at various stages of development of the project. Once the financial institution is done with that 70% payment, the customer is required to pay the next 10% of the purchase value and subsequently the bank will pay the last leftover amount of 10% at the time of final possession by the customer who took the loan for the same.
The sizes of these 1, 1.5 and 2 BHK apartments vary from 550, 710 and 850 square feet area respectively. The prices of these flats have been decided to remain limited between 20 and 35 lakh. Landscaped garden, party lawn, rainwater harvesting, organic waste converter, play area for children and basketball court are few of its amenities which are attracting interested buyers.
Mr. Sudhir Dorde said that strategic location is one of the biggest advantages of Padmanabh, as it is located near main road which will eventually give easy connectivity to its residents and other facilities like schools, colleges, malls, hospitals and others are just 5 to 15 minutes’ drive away.
